Who we are#
This website is operated by Ionut Paramedic. You can reach us at ionut1@gmail.com. Our registered details are set out in our legal notice.
Using this site#
You may read, use and share this site for lawful purposes. You may print or download material for your own reference or to share with someone who would be interested in it, as long as you do not alter it and you do not present it as your own.
What you must not do#
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with other users' use of the site;
- extract, scrape or systematically copy substantial parts of the site for a competing commercial purpose;
- submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Our content#
Unless we say otherwise, the text, images, graphics, layout and design of this site belong to Ionut Paramedic or are used with the owner's permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our name, logo or branding.
What you send us#
You keep ownership of anything you send us through this site. By sending it, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — answering your enquiry, preparing a quote, arranging a booking. You confirm that what you send is yours to send and does not infringe anyone else's rights. How we handle personal information in what you send is set out in our privacy policy.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings#
Information on this site is an invitation to get in touch, not a binding offer. Sending an enquiry, requesting a quote or submitting a booking request does not by itself create a contract between us. A contract exists only once we confirm it to you, and any terms we agree at that point sit alongside these ones.
Links to other sites#
Where we link to another website, we do so because we think it may be useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability#
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice, including for maintenance.
